Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ChrisGPT's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

ChrisGPT provides AI consulting services including but not limited to:

  • AI strategy and roadmap development
  • Chatbot design and implementation
  • Workflow automation
  • Custom GPT development
  • Advisory and ongoing support

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
  • Provide necessary access to systems and tools
  • Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
  • Make payments according to agreed terms

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

  • Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt
  • Larger projects may require milestone payments (typically 50% upfront)
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for their project. ChrisGPT retains ownership of:

  • Pre-existing tools, templates, and methodologies
  • General knowledge and expertise gained during the engagement
  • The right to reference the engagement in marketing materials (unless otherwise agreed)

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law. We expect clients to maintain confidentiality regarding our proprietary methods and pricing.

Limitation of Liability

ChrisGPT's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, as results depend on many factors beyond our control.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of work completed. Refunds for prepaid services will be prorated based on work completed.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
